Scott is a former St. Louis County Police Officer and U.S. Army Green Beret with decades of experience in law enforcement, military service, and professional canine training. A graduate of The Tom Rose School, he has been training police service dogs since 2007, specializing in single-purpose and dual-purpose K9s, as well as Search and Rescue dogs. His background in high-risk operational environments has shaped a training approach built on discipline, clarity, and trust between dog and handler. Throughout his career, Scott has also mentored other trainers in the industry, including training Bonnie and Andrew, passing on the same proven methods and standards that define his own work.
In 2009, Scott founded Canine Unlimited of Tulsa, expanding his mission with the launch of Canine Unlimited of Ochelata in 2022. Today, Canine Unlimited provides professional training for Police Service Dogs, pet dogs, Search and Rescue, private obedience, personal protection, and behavior modification. Each program is customized to the dog’s role, temperament, and environment, with a strong focus on accountability, consistency, and real-world results that last.
Andrew Northup

Andrew is a professional canine trainer with a strong focus on police service dog training and real-world K9 deployment. Trained under Scott, Andrew developed his foundation using proven methods designed for reliability, control, and performance in high-pressure law enforcement environments. His work emphasizes clear communication, consistency, and building strong handler-dog relationships that hold up in operational settings.
Andrew specializes in training single-purpose and dual-purpose police K9s, supporting departments with dogs prepared for patrol, detection, and service work. His approach prioritizes obedience under distraction, controlled aggression, and dependable performance in the field. Through hands-on training and ongoing handler education, Andrew is committed to producing police dogs that officers can trust when it matters most.
Bonnie Spencer

Bonnie is a professional canine trainer specializing in pet dog training and behavior modification, helping families build calm, confident, and well-mannered dogs. Trained under Scott, Bonnie uses proven, balanced training methods tailored to everyday life, with a strong emphasis on clear communication, consistency, and trust between dogs and their owners.
Bonnie works closely with pet owners on obedience training, puppy development, and behavior challenges such as reactivity, anxiety, and impulse control. Her approach focuses on practical, real-world results that make life easier at home and in public settings. Through personalized training and owner education, Bonnie is dedicated to strengthening the bond between people and their dogs and helping each dog reach its full potential.
